Armenian Cucumbers
I tried planting Armenian cucumbers this summer and
here is what they look like. The package says "the long ribbed fruits are light green throughout and have a sweet flavor. Thin skin is never bitter, making peeling unnecessary." We have had them sliced with vinegar and oil, shredded up with slaw, and I have used them for pickling. It's a definite yes for next year's garden plan.!
